Enjoy a real Finnish specialty: roast mutton prepared in a hole in the ground! Watch as the glowing embers are removed from the pit to make way for the mutton, which is then covered again with embers and sand.

 

While the meat is cooking you can enjoy the soft heat of Herttua’s genuine smoke sauna. The roast is then served to you outdoors with vegetables, bread and drinks included. Min. 15 persons. Price €53/person. “Bandit’s roast” theme dinners are available in summertime only.
